アカウントの削除

ばば日和（アプリ）のアカウントと、関係するデータを削除する方法です。

1. アプリから削除する

ばば日和を開きます。
「わたし」タブを開きます。
いちばん下の「アカウントを削除する」を押します。
消える内容を確かめて、「削除を続ける」を押します。
理由をたずねる画面が出たら、選んで「次へ」、または「答えずに進む」を押します（どちらでも削除できます）。
確認の欄に DELETE と入力して、「アカウントを完全に削除」を押します。

押すとすぐに、アカウントと下のデータがサーバーから削除されます。元に戻すことはできません。

2. アプリを使えないとき

端末をなくしたときなど、アプリから削除できないときは、登録したメールアドレスから info@bababiyori.com へ、件名「アカウント削除の依頼」でメールをお送りください。

ご本人であることを確かめたうえで、すみやかに削除し、済んだらメールでお知らせします。
Apple の「メールを非公開」で登録した場合など、登録したアドレスから送れないときは、そのことをお書きください。ご本人であることを確かめる方法をご案内します。

3. 削除されるデータ

アカウント：メールアドレス、Apple・Google との連携の情報
呼び名などの、アカウントの設定
きょうの気分（選んだ天気と日付）
ばあばにひとこと（書いた言葉と日時）
ばあばの知恵袋と、ためした結果
使い方の記録（アプリから削除したとき、その端末の分）

4. 削除の時期と、残るもの

上のデータは、削除するとすぐにサーバーから消えます。サーバーの復元用の記録からも、最長 30 日で消えます。
だれのものかわからない、日ごとの合計の数は残ります。
お問い合わせのメールは、対応に必要なあいだ保存したあと消します。
端末の中の設定や贈り物は、アプリを削除すると消えます。
贈り物の購入の記録は、お支払いをした Apple または Google と、購入の確認に使う RevenueCat（アカウントと結びつかない匿名の番号）に残ります。
法令で保存が求められるときは、その期間保存することがあります。

5. アカウントを残したまま、一部だけ消したいとき

使い方の記録：「わたし」→「プライバシーとデータ」→「使い方の記録を送る」をオフにすると、それまでに送った記録もサーバーから消えます。
きょうの気分・ひとこと・知恵袋：消したいものを info@bababiyori.com までお知らせください。ご本人であることを確かめたうえで消します。

Delete your account

How to delete your Baba Biyori (app) account and the data related to it.

1. Delete it in the app

Open Baba Biyori.
Open the “Me” tab.
Tap “Delete account” at the very bottom.
Check what will be deleted, then tap “Continue”.
If you are asked why, choose a reason and tap “Next”, or tap “Continue without answering” (either way, your account is deleted).
Type DELETE in the box and tap “Permanently delete”.

Your account and the data below are deleted from our servers right away. This cannot be undone.

2. If you can’t use the app

If you can’t delete it in the app (for example, you lost your phone), email info@bababiyori.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Account deletion request”.

After confirming it is you, we will delete your account promptly and let you know by email when it is done.
If you can’t send from that address (for example, you signed up with Apple’s “Hide My Email”), please say so, and we will explain how to confirm it is you.

3. What is deleted

Your account: your email address and your links with Apple or Google
Your account settings, such as your nickname
Today’s mood (the weather you chose and its date)
A word for Grandma (the words you wrote and when)
Grandma’s bag of wisdom and how your tips went
Usage records (for that device, when you delete in the app)

4. When it is deleted, and what remains

The data above is removed from our servers as soon as you delete your account, and from our servers’ recovery records within 30 days.
Daily totals that belong to no one remain.
Enquiry emails are kept as long as we need to handle them, then deleted.
Settings and gifts on your device are removed when you delete the app.
Records of gift purchases remain with Apple or Google, who took the payment, and with RevenueCat, which we use to verify purchases (under an anonymous number not linked to your account).
We may keep data for longer where the law requires it.

5. Deleting only some data, and keeping your account

Usage records: turn off Me → “Privacy & data” → “Send usage records”, and the records already sent are deleted from our server too.
Moods, words and your bag of wisdom: tell us what you want removed at info@bababiyori.com. We will delete it after confirming it is you.
